Very interesting, Alex - I find that a lot of what you say - about drug development timelines, hurdles, enormous waste in big pharma (and non-big pharma/biotech) over the years - resonates with me. Also, I agree with staying focused and persisting on a given therapeutic area (as long as the science is solid and improving) in order to achieve success.
