Ingredients: Keto Butter Chicken
3 tbsp Butter, divided
1 1/2 lbs Chicken Thigh, diced
1/4 cup Onion, finely diced
3 Garlic Cloves, minced or 1 heaped tbsp Crushed Garlic
1 inch Ginger Root, grated or 1 tbsp Crushed Ginger
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Chilli Powder (add more for spicy flavor)
1/2 cup Water
1 (13.5oz) can full fat coconut Cream
Ingredients: Keto Naan Bread
Keto Naan
¾ cup Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder (optional)
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1⁄3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
2 cups boiling Water
Coconut oil, for frying
