These are designer cuts. You don’t have to like them. We can agree that the fabrication and execution, even stitching may have declined in quality (in RTW, not bespoke). But the cut IS the designer. It isn’t a machine mass cut. It’s just an aesthetic. If we liked every single collection, it would suggest we have no authentic views of our own.

As I assumed, this was designed by the team in the absence of an artistic director. I honestly don’t think it was a bad collection at all- cohesive, but a bit safe. Also interesting to see what the ateliers choose to make when given the choice.
I’ll be interested in the direction that Matthieu Blazy takes things.

It is like having gone back in time, with the staging and whimsical shows of Karl Lagerfeld, the music and the giant cage. They should renew the show and do something different because it's all very repetitive.

My personal opinion is that this fashion line is cold, depressing, and ultra un-feminine. I wouldn't model anything in this show, even if it was delivered to me for free. Bring some color, positive vibe, and better music!
