Thank you for sharing this! I was using two end tables for a stand and now i cam get those back and do this for my leopard gecko while having storage space for my dubia colony! Genius! Thanks for the inspiration 🦎❤

Could add 2x3 or 2x2 down centers of blocks vertically and screw to horizontal boards which would secure more

Man I wish I could have just measured my stuff and bought the length I actually need, but couldn’t find it so have to cut the wood myself. But I measured wrong and now have a few very wrongly measured pieces of wood. Idk how this happened either. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I measured for 12 ft then made a line at the 6 ft mark (never accounted for the length of the blocks) and cut there and ended up with at least one 5 ft and one 7 ft plank. I’m so lost as to how that happened. It’s extra frustrating because I don’t like loud or bright things and our garage is bright, and the tool I bought it loud and sharp. I don’t like any part of this. LOL. I have Sensory Processing issues. My Husband is just going to have to measure the stuff for me. I’ll have to find my noise canceling headphones. And keep one of the lights turned off. I’m just happy I experienced no kickbacks which I read in the directions and freaked me out because I didn’t quite get what they meant. LOL. I was envisioning a broken nose and no more long pretty fingers. Idk how I’m going to finish this project. I can’t even lift the blocks. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 My Husband who wanted no part of this, had to move them all for me a multitude of times. LOL. But my lines were quite straight.
