Spottedpelt was helping Rush and Ambush hunt, while Seek was showing Figure the fighting moves he learned from her. The blind tom barely dodged an attack from Seek. Figure knocked Seek off his paws with a strong blow to his legs. While the two toms were fighting, Rush, Ambush, Dupe, Halt, and Spottedpelt were leaving for a hunting patrol. Seek had a small crush on the she-cat ever since he saw her for the first time. He tried to focus on fighting, but couldn’t stop thinking about her. “Just because you’re now a cat doesn’t give you an excuse not to fight!” Figure hissed. “It’s not an excuse!” Seek hissed back. “It must-“ before Figure could finish his sentence, Seek lunged at him, fighting more powerful than ever. Suddenly, Seek realized that he was about to do a killing move and stopped. A blue-gray spirit was approaching, potentially the Guiding Light coming to bring Figure to the place only spirits know. “You made the right choice to let him live.” Seek heard the She-cat’s magical purr in his thoughts. “You really thought I’d kill another entity?” Seek asked. “Guiding Light?”
