Good work on your videos game economist I give you an S+

Mind's Eye is going to be important for taking down Lavisioth, and considering Lavisioth has one of the best Decoration Farming Events in the game (The Name's Lavasoith) I would argue it's important for that.

I think damage output-related skills are overrated for casual players. Of course, if you are a speedrunner or someone who has over 500 hours of playtime, you will have mastered the monsters and don't worry about surviving. But as a casual player, you are much more worried about not dying than killing the monster a bit faster.
I'm on HR 80 with GS, and use utility and survival skills like health regen, evade extension, and sheath speed. Whenever I fight tempered elders I tend to not die, but it is not unusual that I lose the fight because of others dying too frequently (probably because they try to copy speedrunner builds).

When vaal Hazak was roaring and doing his belly flop move I thought he was collapsing like
Me: you need cough drops bro?
Vaal hazak: ... (embarrassment)

Bludgeoner was strong back in generation, allowed green sharpness damage to match blue sharpness damage, allowed the Akantor or similar weapons to reach sharpness damages they never could with handicraft.

Evade Extender 2 or 3 is godly on the switch axe, not needed but tbh its hard to go back after using it. You become so mobile it adds a next level of fun to the gameplay. Also Razer Sharp is amazing on weapons that have easily attainable/natural white sharpness, next best thing to Master Touch. Lastly, Elemental Airborne is sick if you go full Drachen (4 armor pieces for MT and use True Gae Bolg). TGB has 50% affinity before weakness exploit (100% with) so you can unleash massive aerial dragon damage.

I would put medicine or recovery skill at s tier. Esp if you are using a heath regen on the weapon. Add val haz super regen and it makes a huge diff. Not to mention, you can just eat a sishi scale and with 30% buff its all you need. Simply put, it saves alot of resources making health potions ect.
Now evade and jumping skills give you more time to avoid a attack and remain unharmed. For example, you can roll though zenos bean with jump 3. It also stakes well with the long swords ability to give players a larger window to pull off fade slash and or perry move. I use lunesta belt for health 2 and evade 2, so one only needs 2 slots for full heath and evade.
Oh, constitution 3 and stamina regen 3 work far better than marathon and constitution. Esp for bow user and duel blades. Think of stamina regen as medicine or rcovery up. Dash juice is a plus but find it very impractical as it uses resources that are not that common and the melder will take you for everything you have to make it. I will post the others later, way too long already. Oh using wind resist 5 on Lunestra makes her heat nova a joke. S teir for her. As her nova gos off you can just stand and buff your health or do whatever. However 3 peice of Kushala is a must for fighting that monster as it makes her wind atacks ect a joke. Wind 5 will not work as well. But Lunestra it works well due to the build needed as 3 Kushala pieces dont really help against her overall fight.

Mind's eye is S tier against arch tempered kulu >:(

For the bows, I would give stamina cap up a S+ rating for sure. I always incorporate that armor set bonus skill into all of my bow mixed sets, with at least 3 levels of constitution. More stamina with the bow means more mobility/dps, and you if stack that with further damage boosting skills like weakness exploit, crit element, elemental attack up, etc., then you can really increase your damage considerably.
Also I would give Flinch Free a S rating for multiplayer. Less flinches means more damage.

mind's eye is useful against beheamoth with long swords. I always get hit by meteor because i cant foresight slash due to that deflect on it's underside.

I run Evade Extender on all of my HH builds, because that plus the length of the horn gives you some great reach to roll in and out of safety for attacks.
Also 100% agree on Mind's Eye. I was really excited when I got it, and haven't actually run it on anything serious yet 😂

Dude, I love you. All these "in-depth guides" that aren't even 5 minutes long, but you brought your A-game.

So much game knowledge, you're the bomb. I converted to hbg because of your channel and now a weapon I used to think was stupid is my favorite! Cheers man!

I know focus was mention on the first video but for whoever uses the long sword I recommend focus level one(or level 3) IF you having nothing better.(attack boost 7)

I'm afraid I need to peacefully disagree about evade window. I feel its usefulness even with level 1. Especially good for the roars. Level 2 is enough and 3 is very handy. Also, you must know that I play SA mostly and this Weap class is known for benefiting from this skill. Peace. :)
