New Orleans Saints Derek Carr, Alvin Kamara Push For Return | Saints Christmas Wishlist

New Orleans Saints starters Derek Carr and Alvin Kamara are pushing for returns against the Las Vegas Raiders this week. Whether or not they can get it done won't be known until later this week, but it's a good sign at all that despite being eliminated from the playoffs, players still want to play. Meanwhile the Saints could be without starting center Erik McCoy and starting left guard Lucas Patrick for the rest of the season. So whether it's Carr or Spencer Rattler under center and Kamara or Kendre Miller in the backfield, things might be challenging.

This year's Saints Christmas wishlist leads off with a need for good health with players like Rashid Shaheed, Taysom Hill, Chris Olave and many others missing 63 combined games as Week 1 contributors and wraps up with the need for some cash, draft picks and a big-bodied wideout like Tetairoa McMillan out of Arizona to help get this offense back to it's once feared perception.

Im the biggest WHO DAT i know. Been a die hard Saints fan since Dalton Hilliard & The Dome Patrol. So understand i want my team to win! But under these circumstances, its stupid to play Carr and/or Kamara if they are not 100%... I mean, for all intents and purposes our season is over. Why risk further injury to key guys and more importantly why jeopardize your draft positioning. 🤔
