The fact he says, ,Yes I would and I have" is referencing to the fact he revenged his brothers and father by the, ,would" (Past form) If he could did it back then earlier he would have done it.

And he was protecting his mother and sister by, ,I have" (present form)

A reason why he says, ,and" between those 2.

Also he screams, ,The Auditore are not dead. I am still here"
He technically is covering the existence of his sister and mother, by mentioning just him alone.

This story and character meant so much to me as kid/ adolescent. The game is certainly dated now, but for me this will always be a classic. John Marston, Ezio.. video game characters just don’t hit me like they used to.. maybe I’ve just grew out of it or maybe it’s just nostalgia
