I havent been mobile in awhile...let me tell u im sweating more then i have in the gym (when i use to go) my legs are shaking and my lower/mid tummy i can feel it...i will continue this so far so good

Your all exercises counts are very fast. With robot it's possible but when it's human it takes bit more time. You should workout on the number count speed

I can’t get through this whole video but that’s okay because it is so intense. In general core exercises where you lay down are more intense than the standing ones and in turn more effective. Sometimes it’s hard to raise my legs tbh (I’ve hated lying leg raises since forever) but that’s okay. Day 1 finished I had a lot of pain so I skipped day 2. Day 3 is so good I feel my core is stronger also so much flatter.
Also this video motivates me to eat healthier too cuz the workouts are SO DAMN HARD. thank you for coming to my ted talk
