Sandbanks is like a zoo, people walking past your house front and back gazing in.

That road is gridlocked in the summer with traffic and the beach on the other side people could literally sit with their back up against your patio glass and is also always very busy and noisy the sandbanks car park is full by 8 in the morning every summer day in peak times only people who want the postcode would live here because it’s actually somewhere most locals avoid when it beach weather😂 but fools and their money are easily separated they say 🤷🏻‍♂️

Beautiful interior but living 5 mins away from sandbanks I can tell you that the exorbitant prices for these properties don't reflect any value whatsoever, with 12 million you could get a dream home, not one where you can't get out the driveway every summer because the drive is blocked by beachgoers, but that's just my opinion
