O'Connell has the stronger arm of the Raiders QBs you can see it based on what they allow us to see and both QBs film shows the same. He's also a smart guy with poise and has repoire with the offensive players. His first 10 starts are on par with some of the best QB play historically so his arrow is pointing up. With Wilkins added on defense Raiders will improve on last season. RN4L

Nah I disagree the offensive scheme last year was awful I don’t think most Qb would get that offense to the play offs but aoc did great in that scheme but the phenomenal
