Multimedia Editor Lucia Posteraro visited the Glasgow City Mission's Winter Night Shelter to speak to staff and those using the service.

5,873 applications for homelessness assistance were filed in Glasgow in 2019 - an 11% increase, the largest in Scotland, since the previous year.
