stop stock picking, and just buy a global world tracker etf or index fund such as VWRP in an ISA or preferably SIPP. automate buying every month, don't peak and leave it until you retire

The markets will continue to fall in the coming years. It is fallout from the pandemic that saw consumers went into debt during the pandemic, which sees them tightening their belts to deal with the highest debt load in consumer history, thereby causing lower consuming spending. You can expect this trend to continue for the next ten years. Mutual funds are the safest for me personally. Please speak to serious minded investors. Consumer demand will continue to stagnate.
