KMOX switch to 104.1 FM

Radio Host Dave Glover joined the morning show to discuss the expansion of KMOX and its reach of Cardinals Baseball as it transitions over to 104.1 FM.

I'm glad to hear the KMOX moving to the FM dial after 100 years being on 11:20 a.m. I can understand why but you can still hear the Redbirds baseball games right there on the FM side at that time. But now they're on 104.1 FM I think that is good to know and I understand that more of our states are moving to the FM side of things.

Well actually there was another KMOX-FM back in the 60' and 70's. It was at 103.3 on the FM dial. Played on the station was the best music ever played on a St. Louis radio station! Bob Osborne the station PD did an excellent job with MOR format. To me KMOX-FM will always be what it was then. ST. Louis Spirits basketball was broadcast on there in the 70's and back then people cried because it was shunted to the FM dial. I know times have changed but the FM dial in St. Louis stinks with all the talk shows and religious stations everywhere on the dial.
