ago, in my American Government class, our textbook reported that "representatives" were moving toward "professionalization" of voting their conscience. I threw the BS flag, pointing out that OUR VOTE gives them THEIR JOB, not their "conscience".

The Professor and most of the class told me I was an idiot. THAT is where my cold, dead hands come into play.

Jason, I believe this type of satire is a public service. It's a satire with an eye toward enlightenment. I'm guilty of just watching interviews like this and not realizing how ridiculous the questions/answers are. I emailed my state senators the other day asking them to vote no on the equality act. In that email I told them people are watching them and what they vote for closer than ever before because we see that most of DC are not representing the majority of their voters. They are put there to represent US!
