Sir in the 4th block of code you wrote y - ['NSP'] - 1 to index the values 0, 1, 2, 3... instead of 1, 2, 3, 1... right? But instead, this code is subtracting 1 from all the values in column 'NSP'. Please explain what was the need for this line of code.
