I've tried creams, followed a cleaning regiment.... did not improve my bacne. Untill I went to the beach, laid out under the sun so the sun hit my back. A couple of weeks after that, my bacne started to heal and the spots have faded. Vitamin D and B5 really helped.

The best thing I've used to clear up body acne back and chest mainly was selsum blue. I promise in two weeks you will see a difference. Use it at night like lotion don't wash it off and you are done. I do it every other night now since it's no longer an issue. My sister would get a rash every summer and her dermatologist recommended selsum blue. I figured if it worked on that then it should work on my back and chest. I do not recommend putting it on your face since its exposed to the sun. Definitely since it's winter I would recommend doing it now.

Oh my gosh thank you so much I used this one time and my back cleared up almost completely. I had a really bad acne on my back I wish it would let me put pictures on here so I can show you. I had back acne for nearly 5years and trust me no home remedies are gonna work if it's because of hormonal imbalance..Go and see a dermat and u will get a permanent solution.. don't waste more time or these acne will result to hyperpigmentation and it will get more difficult to get rid of it.

a NATURAL lemon and sugar scrub does the trick, you'll see a difference within like 2-3 months. The lemon tightens the pores and evens out the skin tone and the sugar removes dead skin cells and cleans pores.
It is easy to make, just leave it on for 10-15 minutes before you have a shower and you'll be on the road to recovery. It also helps with acne on your face, for those who suffer from acne on your face.
my only advice is to do it NATURALLY and not buy it from a shop pre-made because theres unnecessary ingredients and chemicals in those.

Ok so I cam across this video and i tried it, then i realized i just made my own home made toner, but i already had witch hazel so i decided to use the store bought one and it has helped a lot! I have used it for 3 day in a row + tea tree oil, and i have seen a big change my back acne is shrinking, slowly but surely is i apply it every night before i go to bed, and in the morning when i wake up! This is what worked with my skin the best! anyways this video did help me because it gave me the idea to use toner and tea tree oil!
