1.Second Log
2.Both? Early on though i used ender chest then after i got to the end i used shulker boxes
3.Sometime water drop but when i'm not confident i did the water fall
4.Kind of both when i got an infinity enchanment book i used that and rarely craft effected arrow
5.Early on was shield and after finding Evokers i always equipped totems
6.Often sword but when i don't craft a sword and when i'm chopping wood i used axes

I use to chop the first block but then switched to second block so I could jump on the first one to make sure I get as many logs from the tree

3rd question: I can maybe mlg if i use a pc but i can only play on mobile so i'll take the waterfall for safety

Mending on the bow, mostly using spectral arrows.

Shield in the off-hand, totem in the hotbar just in case.

Axe for a single enemy, sword with sweeping edge for crowd control.

It depends on the tree, if it is tall, I break the second log, but if it is short, I break the first log👀
