Why are we always focusing on the forgiving the sins? Why dont we focus on not commiting the sin in the first place? Just dont, and there will be no forgivness needed

Drunkenness is definitely a sin. But too many pastors blaspheme Jesus for making wine and blaspheme the Word by saying that it is a sin to even drink it. Paul says that a little bit of wine is good for your Health.

Sirach 12 days God hates sinners. Then lists sins that are abominations. Of course He hates sin, but He also hates us when we sin. Just like His love, His hate, wrath, is fair and just.

God loves the sinner is a false statement. Though He so loved the world (John 3:16) He provided a way for reconciliation, He, according to Psalm 5:5 hates workers of iniquity. Psalm 5:5 The boastful shall not stand in Your sight; You hate all workers of iniquity.
Also according to Psalm 11:5 The LORD tests the righteous, But the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates. We have to allow Scripture to interpret itself, Almighty God doesn't need any PR help from us. Spreading this informed falsehood lessens the need for a Savior in the mind and heart of the sinner. If God loves them in their sin, what urgency is there for repentance? God already loves them so they are able to conclude that He will be merciful to them regardless. He does love us, He loved us enough to make a way for us to repent, acknowledge Him as LORD and Savior. Untill then, He hates the wicked, He abhores sin and all who commit it.
