These are the most terrifying villains/monster ever in my opinion. They aren't terrifying in appearance, they are terrifying in concept and behaviour. The fact they are so fast and can only be stopped forever if they look at each over. The loneliest creatures ever.

Fun fact, the doctor throughout the whole message doesn't blink.
My head canon is that he is covering for them by watching out behind them as weeping angels freeze on instinct, it's a fact in there biology, so even if they understand it's just a screen, they're stuck...until it was retconed in flesh and stone...

i swear i felt so cold and unsure in this episode. usually the doctor can do anything, can protect anyone, but this time it was up to a few piddly humans and this time it was clear that the doctor wouldn’t come to the rescue.
