Finally i made it but it is a little hard also alternative way of making a spinner is on youtube which i highly recommend

you can also put the pieces in 3x3 formation and put the metal caps in the middle on both sides.

So you make the nuts like this

ooo and put the little pencovers over the top and bottom of the 3 by 3 square
