21- python application ( gui) : send data-frame to table ( pandas and pandastable)

create apython application for data analysis
using pandas pandastable numpy tkinter and matplotlib libraries
create some tools for data visualization and data modeling.
this application can accept data from files or even manualy and show the results by matplotlib elements like bar chart line chart and finaly save the external data in a file (excel or csv files)
