developed countries who have enjoyed unrestricted development for years should pay to developing and poor countries to reach their co2 emissions targets
For decades developed countries have done relentless industrial activities without giving any importance to ecological balance and environment now today is time for developing and poor countries to develop then all these restrictions of co2 emissions are coming in existence so there is enormous inequity exists in world today
So that's why developed countries should provide funds and technologies to poor and developing countries so that they can develop in sustainable and environment friendly ways
