ODL keeps XRP price low. If every bank competed to have their own pool we'd have a fair price. Ripple is most responsible for manipulation of XRP price and keeping it low.

My opinion is they will continue to depress prices of XRP since it is in the interest iof Ripple for now as it aims to buy them back from the secondary matket in meeting ODL requirements of customers.. Of course at a much depressed price. Retail investors are always settling for crumbs. We dont have the power. They are reversing the retail of XRP which i think was a mistake from the beginning. So a buy back should have a feasible plan
