Basically, intuitive eating is an excuse to eat whatever they want. Unfortunately, there are obese, food addicted persons who have picked up on that idea, including a few obese YouTubers who resist restrictive diet and use intuitive eating as justification for overeating. I control my pre-diabetes with keto and a strict eating schedule with no snacking. Thank you for your informative videos.

Clean foods that are Low carb with veg and protein works best for me with no “diet junk food substitutes” as they just keep my cravings and carb addiction alive.

Your recommendations have too many rules in my opinion. That is why I like Intuitive Eating. It encourages health promoting behaviors around feeling instead of rules, ie if you "eat 2 whole cans of almonds you'll gain weight, " as if that's bad. Gaining weight does not exclusively equal poorer health.dos and don'ts, shoulds and shouldn'ts, and intenional weight loss are likely to backfire for 95 to 97 percent of people long term because it is all essentially a diet. Even if someone says they're not a diet, but out poor a bunch of food rules, it's a diet. The advice your offering is rooted in diet culture even if that's not what your maliciously intending.
