A time came when I realized I cared too much for what was outside of me. I think it's evolution. I've not stopped caring completely, I just sort of pace myself now.

with time, I just realized it's not taking me anywhere, and nobody really cares about my role anyway, and when I switched that energy on building myself up..whoooff that was an upgrade for me

Realising most people didn't see my vaule and treating me like an option. Atm I'm starting to focusing on upgrading myself.
And now i'm starting to get more energy and feeling better and better!

It doesnt feel good anymore inserting myself into another ones life moonlighting as a life coach. I didnt know it but it wasnt honest for me to do it and they never really took my ideas-advice and implemented them. I still have to fight this tendency but its easier now - And when I got serious about changing - I realized the amount of energy and self-will it takes - ONLY that amount of change can be accomplished when an individual decides to, no other way.

1. Done, 2. Done 3. Done 4. Done 5. Done. So liberating and so empowering. Too anyone who hasn't taken the leap yet. Do it. It is so worth it and so are you. What you will let go of... Unnecessary pain and suffering, less stress, less exhaustion and honestly less loneliness, chaos and drama. What you gain: self respect, self love, self acceptance,
happiness, love, joy, fulfillment, satisfaction, passion, peace, serenity safety and security. I have never been so content and at peace with myself, (regardless of outside circumstances), as I am now and I look forward every day to more of the (gold) things and less of the not so (gold) things in my last chapter of life. Other people need to learn their own lessons. If they did listen to us, then they would become dependent on us for guidance, thus becoming an energy vampire. We do need to focus on ourselves for improvement, and not be arrogant, thinking we know what's best for others. When someone asks how we do what we do, etc. only then is it s good idea to share "upgrade" information.
