Xperia Z3 compact (also Z3) - Root and keep your latest firmware (*.77/106/107 locked bootloader)

All process could take two and more hours, so take time, be patient and careful.

Software which you need:
1. Sony PC Companion:
2. XPERIA Flashtool v0.9.18.4-windows from Google Drive or Mega:

7. Old Xperia routable firmware .93 or .98 (for example 23.0.A.2.93 - Unbranded - GLOBAL):

Process:
1. Extract your original latest firmware.
Install PC Companion, connect phone, select update your phone in Sony PC Companion
application, don't disconnect your phone when update just start.
After finishing download cancel the update.
Go to C:\ProgramData\Sony Mobile\Update Engine\db\some number\blob_fs, there you find 3 or 4 files, which names start FILE. Copy,save and keep them in other folder.
2. Make flashable your original firmware.
Install XPERIA Flashtool. Paste the files, which names start FILE, to folder Firmware in the XPERIA Flashtool insade Flash tool installation folder.
Open the Flashtool, click on menu File Switch to Pro. Go to menu Tools Bundles FILESET Decrypt and add all files FILE from directory where you keep it.
3. Make prerooted version of your original firmware.
IF YOU DONT SUCCEED IN THIS STEP DON'T GO FURTHER
4. Flash phone with old rootable firmware.
Open the XPERIA Flashtool, click on flash arrow and choose downloaded old firmware, than click ok. Turn off your phone and when Flashtool shows pop up window, connect phone to PC with holding volume down button
After few minutes all is done and your phone gets the new firmware.
5. Root old firmware
Enable USB debugging
Settings About phone and Click 7 times on Android Build to unlock developer options end enable USB debugging.
Allow mock locations
Settings Developer Settings
Uncheck verify apps in security settins.
Put your device in air plane mode
Now your phone is rooted.
6. Flash phone with your latest original prerooted firmware.
Put prerooted firmware flashable zip file (made by PRFCreator) at phone internal memory (/sdcard0).
Connect your phone, make sure you have USB debugging turned ON.
After flashing, power of phone and reboot.
