More than 10,000 new COVID cases reported in Florida

s of a second wave of coronavirus are coming true. More than 10,000 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Florida Sunday. 571 of them were in Duval County.

Drink your hot teas and inhale steam as hot as you could take. Use straight alcohol not hand sanitizer after going out handling things from public places. Wash face and eyes not just hands...also after being in public spaces.

There’s a guy I know from my church that does videography for special events and just now on Instagram I saw a video of like a wedding party he did and there were like 30 people, no one wearing masks and most of them weren’t social distancing at all. Even my friends from church don’t give a damn about the virus, in like the first few weeks when beaches here in Miami started reopening like ten of my friends went to the beach for a whole week, went into some other public areas, and even came over to each other’s houses and they were literally not maintaining social distancing or wearing a mask AT ALL. I feel like it shouldn’t be surprising that my home state of Florida gets a TON of Covid cases and I feel like it’s people like my friends from church that are fueling this pandemic

Your immune system is like an army — called Acquired Immunity. Your army grows stronger with each battle you face and the more weapons you give it (nutrients, vitamins, sleep). When you shut yourself off from the world and quit fighting battles (lockdowns, masks) your army grows weaker. When you overuse sanitizer, you’re basically cutting the funding for your forces. Sometimes there are enemies that can outflank your army, but the answer isn’t to isolate them, strip them of their weapons and cut troops. The answer is to keep the pressure on and make sure your army is as equipped as it can be to face the invaders through nutrients, vitamins, and rest.
