Very strange, showing an opening and yet only showing two mistakes as the fourth move, and not Nc3 which is the most natural move, both defending the e4 pawn and preparing to attack the misplaced black queen.
It appears that there is some interesting play for black there even though it's the top move, worth taking a look!
