US President Biden says things could go 'quickly' in Ukraine

US President Joe Biden has warned all American citizens to leave Ukraine over concerns about Russian military action. Biden says he won't be able to evacuate nationals if Moscow invades. A lot is riding on diplomatic manoeuvring during de-escalation talks. But as Liz Maddock reports, there's no breakthrough in sight to end the eight-year separatist conflict in eastern Ukraine.
