30 little tips from me to teen wonyoungism girlies!!
1- if u have dry or normal skin, u shouldn't use foam or gel cleaser at morning!! use milky cleanser from glossier instead
2- if u r 10-16 u should have just 3 skincare steps (cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen) n u should use gentle products w/o niacin, niacinamide, rentol or aha/bha!!
3- dont use oil cleanser if u dont use makeup, it's heavy for the skin
4- do skin starving one week every month (it means stop using cushions, skincare products or chemical products)
5- use ice for ur skin every week
6- drink more water!! 2liters at least
7- stop touching ur face with dirty hands
8- moist ur skin even if it's oily
9- use rice mask for a healthy glass skin
10- no need to western products!! especially cerave, it doesnt work at all, so use korean ones, cheap n healthy!!
11- sorry, but instead of fino hair mask, use tsubaki one!! fino hair mask is full or silecon!!
12- dont use makeup if u r under 15or16, especially cushion n foundation!
13- hydrate ur pretty lips
14- eyelashes serum n vaseline for eyelashes are so dangerous!!
15- use gluta-hyun vaseline lotion + strawberry scent essence for a delicious smell
16- use deo everyday
17- change ur sunscreen every 3-4 hours
18- if ur hair dry, wash it every week, but if it's oily, wash it 2-3 times in week
19- sheet mask in summer, cream/jelly masks in winter
20- use floral or sweet perfum
21- use mouth wash everyday
22- change ur undies n socks!
23- do Kazuha workouts
24- sleep for 6-8 hours at least
25- brush ur hair everyday with some hair oil/serum
26- no sensitive parts hair if u want a sweet smell!!
27- build a skincare n bodycare routine
28- shower with warm water
29- dont exflote ur face skin!!
30- healthy food is so essential

For those starting a skincare routine, to make a good skincare routine, you have to get good products for your skin and make sure to choose products with chemicals that are good for your age and your skin so your skin won’t be damaged later on! But it’s good to start a skincare routine when you’re in puberty (I started like when I was like 11 years old so I was in puberty during that time!) Overall I agree with everything in this video since I also started to change some stuff a little like my style (just a little bit because I always wanted to be aesthetic but in my country, there’s not that much aesthetic clothes unlike in Korea and Japan and I only have a little bit of clothes from both countries since I live in the US!) and get fit! I hope you achieve everything on your vision board! ❤
