Is Acts a transitional book?

Acts 7-9

Acts is the book of the Bible that transitions us between the dispensation of the law to the dispensation of the grace of God!

Chapter 7 - Stephen explains the history of the Jews to the Religious Leadership; from Abraham to Moses, and to them killing their Messiah, whereupon they nit him with their teeth, Stephen looks up and sees the glory of God and Jesus standing on the right hand of God and then became the first martyr at the hands of the Religious Leadership by being stoned to death.

Chapter 8 - A Jewish man named Saul consents to Stephen's death and the fear of Saul causes all Christians to scatter abroad. Philip explains scripture to the eunuch, performs John's baptism on the eunuch and then flies away!

Chapter 9 - Saul is empowered by Stephan's death and is now seeking permission to go to Damascus to find more people that believe "this way" and bring them back to Jerusalem as prisoners.

But Saul is blinded by the light of Jesus for 3 days, until Ananias is sent from the Lord to open Saul's eyes whereupon God will show him how much he must suffer in the name of the Lord!

And Paul eventually suffers more than any man in the Bible, except Jesus Christ!

-There are 1000's of people mentioned by name in the Bible.

-Only one was ever named Paul.

-Every book he authored began with his name.

-He is the only apostle to the Gentiles.

-The only apostle that was a minister of a dispensation.

-The only man given the mystery of Christ.

-The only apostle that God allowed to say, "follow me".

Meanwhile, the church is stuck in a row boat with Peter, James and John!
