9:22 The guy with a rock head is Larry Needle Meyer. He is a recurring character who practically has every job in Elmore, USA (the main setting). In fact, if Larry quits all of them, Elmore's society would collapse and eventually lead to a full-blown apocalypse.

In this episode, he was finally reaching his Breaking Point, delivering a pizza from the pizza joint he works at to himself at the grocery store that he works at. How Larry is able to be in literally hundreds of places at once, is one of the big Mysteries of the show. It's been implied that he doesn't sleep, but it's also been said that he does factor sleep into his daily routine (it just never happens).

that episode is where richard (the dad) leaves his kids in a ballpit, and nicole (the mom) the next day goes to work, now the dad realises he left his kids in the ballpit (yes, the next day he realises.) and he tries to reacue them, but then larry (the shopkeeper for every store) says that they SOLD that ballpit, and it was ina shipping container, and richard had to follow the truck to a place where they store alot of shipping containers, richard uses a crane (horribly) and eventually finds the one with his kids inside, since their mom are gonna pick them up from school richsrd has to deliver them to school before the leave bell rings, and so he puts the shipping container filled with kids onto his truck, and the rest is in this video

richard is screaming "IM A GOOD FATHER" because he wants to prove to nicole that he can keep the kids safe through one day

and when nicole says "hi kids how was your first day back" the kids have nothing to say because they were in a ballpit the whole time, in a truck.
