For a fakeout, Murray Gold turned out probably his best regeneration music yet.

I really thought he was going to regenerate. I would have been sad, because no goodbye, but it would have been amazing and a real surprise !

This music is amazing, if they don't use this for the actual regeneration I will be really annoyed. Also, I don't whether it's a new, but I really like the suit he wears in this episode.

I like how in this Unreleased version, the gun shots sound like drums.

I don't get why this scene was in there. Bill knows that the Doctor can do _something_ with regeneration, but she has no context for what is going on. He could just have played dead instead of pulling this stunt and get the same effect, if not stronger. So this was only in there to serve as a fakeout for the fans, which is manipulative at best and cheap attention whoring at worst.
