This is actually relatively easy to play with all 4 limbs. You could actually define the 12 as a 4, the 6 as a 2, the 4 as a 1 and the 3 as well a dotted 2.
Quadruple the signature and you’ve got 16, 8, 4, dotted 4s. Easy to play! You might count wrong though😂
