I was in management at McDonald's & breakfast preps reported is inaccurate.

McDonalds used to crack and scramble fresh eggs to make the folded. Then they turned to liquid eggs we poured fresh, then eventually the frozen folded. McD used to fresh scramble the burrito eggs as well, adding in the peppers tomatoes sausage and onions during the scramble. Now the egg mixture is pre cooked and mixed.

I do occasionally eat them when on the road. They should drop making burgers and just concentrate on breakfast all day. At least the breakfast sandwich has some taste to it.
