If they take fewer people this year to hold median gains from last year, do you think schools will take more transfers next year?

Since LSAC have promised to reform the analytical section to no longer be biased against blind test-takers, would it not both satisfy the implicit promises in the Binno settlement and likely return the score distribution to the mean to develop an analytical assessment that doesn’t require diagramming? It seems to me that weighting analytical 33% rather than 25% is what’s driving these higher scores while completely contravening the intent of the settlement and further boxing out blind applicants.
