Holy shit this is the best thing ever. I listen to this every night before falling asleep, and I cannot emphasize enough all the benefits I get from doing so. My depression, low self-confidence, and self-esteem are gone during the day. I feel peaceful, strong, and capable. Not even the hint of a negative thought drafts across my mind. And I've tested to make sure. I went some time without this hypnosis and my daily mood was awful.
