He should keep his personal opinions about members of the public to himself while on duty. Her suggestion to call 101 to obtain his shoulder number is absurd. How would the call handler know which constable you’re talking about? Even if they could eventually identify him, it would be a waste of resources when the simple option is for her to find out and tell you there and then.
