I have all but #12. And I have a history of high bp, yet I've had some really UNUSUAL for me readings in the 60s and 70s for my bottom number this summer. I've talked to a couple health professionals about that and they are like "that's great" and I'm like you don't understand, that's not normal for me and I felt really bad when it happened (body more fatigued than usual, sleeping even more than usual). It's so bad when even all the healthcare professionals you see miss all of the warning signs even when you are essentially screaming at them that something is very wrong with your body.
