personally i think the Warriors should make a push for a player like Karl Anthony Towns. What we need a salvageable big that can prevent attempts at the rim or at least better contest them that can stretch the floor due to draymond not being a scorer

For the Warriors to be contenders, Kuminga needs to take a step up, even from his excellent 2nd half level of play, and Wiggins needs to return to his top form from a few years ago. Trading both for Butler leaves them too thin at Forward. As good as Jimmy can be, the Warroiors need more from the Kuminga/Wiggins combo than Jimmy can produce by himself.

I don’t think Jimmy puts the dubs in title contention… still would have to get past tall long teams. Kawhi on the other hand… would make the offense unstoppable. Imagine the spacing between him and Steph. And the defense… 🎉 but it’s a gamble with his knees

I don't think miami wants kuminga though.
The trade wouldnt work for either side. Miami needs a PG. And if they're not trying to pay jimmy, supposeably, why would they want to pay kuminga?
It would make more sense, from Miamis perspective, to get Podz, so that they have more time to work with their cap situation, and even try and trade Herro for other talent.
And we all know GSW wont move off of podz 😂

Yes, kuminga for butler... but really wpuld have liked that year or two ago... kuminga will be great just dont know if he will have the mentality to pull through in big games the way butler can, hope im not ahooting myself in the foot. If you can teade wiggins for him is an option too, dont hate eithe rone these guys but we seen butler play

I don't even want to see the ish-eating grin on Pat Riley's face if they get Kuminga a 1st, then Butler fades, shiver. And hey, i like me some Jimmy Butler, a lot. Geez Louise, we gotta be careful here. Yes, gotta maximize Steph and Dray's final years especially now in the early faze of whatever they have left, i understand the temptation we're all under.

But again, shiver. Terrible idea. Stop including post too, he's not signed and I doubt it'll change. Man that dang waters trade was just stupid this off season give up so much assets to get the 52nd pick back just to not sign the player you need. Even if we got Jimmy, we still ain't good enough to make it through the west in my opinion let's be real. And injury prone player for our depth is dumb.
