Starfeild on Intel ARC GPU A310 - A380 - A580 - A750 - A770 All-ish can play the game now

All Intel Arc A GPU tested with different setting to be playable in Starfield, beside the A310, this one struggle a bit. Even if Devs didn't put any Intel card in the minimum or recommended hardware, and Intel GPU struggle at the release of Starfield. The game actually include XeSS.

Tested on a i3-12100f with 32g of memory
