hypixel when it comes to making sure only one or two things even has a CHANCE at making money (mining and dungeons) and that litterally everything else doesn't have a chance

about the enchanting thing:

The 10%/1000 is ONLY for the retroactive xp from your skill for example if you have a total of 1 Billion encahnting xp you will get 10% / 1000 as progress towards the rng meter (so 100k in this example), this has nothing to do with the actual rng progress from doing the table every day. Than about the table rng progress it is actually roughly 2k progress per 1m enchanting xp, and also you can do the table 4 times a day not 3 as you can do the free one +3 that you pay with bits (150, 300 and 500 bits respectively).

I calculated today taht you get 1 guaranteed Ultra-rare book every 63-65 days, if we use First-Strike 5 as an example (since it is the most expensive atm, 370m) you make around 6.1k coins per bits overall so it is by far the best use for bits we have atm, this does not count the fact that you can get multiple ultra-rare books while grinding up that 500k rng meter. One last thing you only loose rng meter if you actually get the book seeing it and missing it does nothing to your rng meter progression (yes even at 100%).
