Registering an LLC? Avoid messing up the addresses + hide your address

When registering an LLC, the state will ask for two addresses. One is the business address and another is the registered agent address. Don't mix them up! You can also consider using a virtual business address and a third party registered agent service to act as the registered agent. Having both will help you keep your home address off of the states website for everyone to see!

I help entrepreneurs from all over the world start or expand their businesses in the USA by registering and LLC or Corporation. As an entrepreneurs myself, I understand how exciting it is, but also how overwhelming and stressful it can be.

Some states don't allow P.O. Boxes or Virtual Addresses.Virginia (where I live) being one of them.

Also, the history of your addresses is public. Not sure if its every state thought.

I would appreciate anyone that helps/answers my question:
In this case, I have gotten my EIN.

1. Should I pay my "Registered Agent Service" annually?
2. Should I pay a service for "Scan and Upload File/Mail" (any mail sent to my business address) annually?

Thanks for your attention. I’m looking forward to any reply.

How do I keep my home address away from my bank? They are demanding it. Even when I try to update it online? Their google backed system says "Physical addresses can't contain PO Box, PMB (Private Mail Box), CMRA or General Delivery."? They can't protect my data and I don't want to give it.
