Does your uterus get angry every month too?! 😂 Try this tutorial a few days before your period begins to balance the uterus and during to soothe and relieve pain from cramping. This tutorial can also be helpful for Endometriosis!

1. Start by massaging the inner edge of your heel with your favorite non-toxic cream or oil to “wake up” the reflexes. Make sure to breath!
2. Locate the Uterus Reflex by drawing an imaginary line between your ankle bone & back of your heel and following it to the middle point.
3. Gently massage the uterus reflex to release pain, tension and ease cramping. Repeat on the other foot!

**Do not attempt this reflex during pregnancy.
