I'm 17 and I've been working out for 2 months na. At first, I thought na impossible mag meal prep sa pinas while counting macros especially calories. So I decided to dirty bulk and it worked for gaining mass including fat but not mostly lean mass. But thankfully I found this video. I'd like to try this out thank you keep it up po it's a big help for us.

Please continue this series. I am actually obese and i am using this meal prep for a week. Kaso nakakasawa din kaya after a week i buy nalang sa nearest karinderia. I hope you can create more budget healthy meals. this not only helps those that are bulking but also those na working ang no time to meal prep for the next days. Thank you so much for this!

Researched and came up w/ this RICE Calories 111 Fat 0.3g Carbohydrate 28g Protein 2.7g CHICKEN Calories 165 Fat 3.6g Protein 31g MIXED VEG Calories 67 Fat 0g Protein 2.2g PER MEAL. A total of 343 cals, 3.9 fat, 28g carbs, 35.9 protein.
