So glad to see this I grow mint in my backyard. I will do the dried mint leaves. I dry the leaves and break them down and its delicious on meats and vegetables. Natural herb seasoning. Also delicious in a salad. Thank you, another use of this wonderful herb.

Great video with 2 methods. Frustrated with the strength of peppermint available online so often they are diluted and have barely any peppermint scent. I use to purchase a brand that was wonderful however changed their method of pressing mint oil or just diluted the product and lost a ton of customers.
I am looking forward to using both of your processes to make peppermint oil at home. Thank you for this video.

The second method is better because the leave is dried so that there is no fear of rancidity, but the first method may the fresh leave contains water so it can be rancid.

It looks like the first method gives more oil, but both are easy to follow.

I already have 2 herb oils soaking in oils, so one more jar will not make a huge difference. Thank you for sharing.
