I've recently found myself pulling high-rarity insect monsters from the Legacy Packs and Duelist Cup Packs (Such as Cicada King and Doom Dozer), and since I can't dismantle those cards, I've been keeping an insect deck in the back of my mind for stuff I could try to build. I was originally thinking of building Digital Bugs and seeing how far that deck could actually go, and now I'm considering merging that deck with some Beetrooper cards now that I'm seeing some potential synergies. Might be a while before I get the gems though.

Oh no... I just had the worst idea possible in my head... now I'm thinking of running DNA Surgery in my deck so I can summon the Beetrooper Fusion with Super Poly...

On a side note I was able to get a bit further with the Scary moth lock. By utilizing thr spell Revival Swarm's gy effect, Scary moth an only be outed by a tribute or banish. I forgot how I accomplished this, but you do need extra pieces to the combo. I figured it is a negation on Pappillion's summon effect or Assault Roller's summon effect. Just make sure you start witj revival swarm and discard upon Picofelina's equip effect.

Another side card you can utilize is metamorphosed Insect Queen for board protection against targeting and destruction effects, but it requires the use of two resonate insects.

i would to love to see someone try to use ultra beetrooper absolute hercules. i just feel like no one runs him because the fusion spell kinda sucks. he’s a (temporarily) invincible 4k/4k beatstick that has a monster reborn effect every battle phase.
and also he just looks so cool

it's not optimal at all, but I like to play Metamorphosed Insect Queen in this deck, along with Parasite Paranoid and Cocoon of Ultra Evolution.

I like the new timer. I saw one guy time out going special summon crazy with raidraptors. Funny thing was if he had played normal, I might have lost (bricking on kaijus sucks). 😂

Honestly ye i am sick of dpe and adventure build its just so boring because lets face it they make the goal of every deck to get out the same cards with dpe and adventure ur basically playing those decks with other cards not say beetle with dpe adventure its dpe adventure with beetle support like whats so fun about that and knowing ur playing the same deck as everyone else
