I was so glad John B could be there to comfort Sarah in this Outer Banks season 3 scene the way she needed in season 2! Sarah’s reaction to Ward dying was so sad, so I love that John B immediately went to her!

As I’ve said: the John b redemption episode.

i don’t blame john b at all for not comforting sara the first time ward died. ward had “killed” john b’s dad (we thought at the time) ward literally tried to kill john b, he took the gold from john b and pretty much ruined his life. i think the second time ward died (for real this time) john b comforted sara because ward was trying to protect her and he actually did something good for once.
