The 4 Quad nations will conduct the high-voltage military exercise in the Western Pacific in the last week of August. The `Malabar’ exercise will be held off the coast of Guam in the Western Pacific ocean. The Malabar exercise is another step in the growing operational cooperation between the Quad nations. These drills, which included the Quad-plus-France in April, reinforce the growing strategic alliance against China.
